Please check that the Thinkie sensor is attached correctly. If your score is still low with the sensor properly installed, the following may be the cause:
- Brain activity is not being properly detected. Try to consciously increase your speed when you are completing the training. After a few training sessions, your brain will warm up and brain activity will increase.
- Alcohol use and lack of sleep might cause blood flow changes in your brain, leading to low Thinkie points. Try doing exercises at a different time.
- The Thinkie sensor is not placed in the best position. The recommended position for the Thinkie sensor is "a little to the left of the forehead above the eyebrow." There are individual differences.
- Sunscreen oil and other skincare products might block the light that the sensor emits to detect brain activity. Try again after removing sunscreen or any other oils from your forehead.
