I can't connect the Thinkie sensor to the application.

If you haven't paired your sensor to the application yet, you need to pair your sensor first.
Here's how to pair it: Go to home screen and tap on icon on the top left corner to open the side menu, and then click the "Pairing" option from the menu.
 
If you have already paired your sensor, then you can connect the sensor by tapping the "Connect" icon on the top right corner of the screen. When you see a message on the screen about the connection, tap OK.
 
When the Thinkie sensor is turned on, the green light blinks, indicating it is preparing for connection (pairing). When pairing is complete, the green light will change from blinking to steady.
 
If the connection is still not established, please check the following:
  1. Is power switched on and green light flashing (if orange flashing, charge)?
  2. Are there any microwave ovens, power drills, or other machines that produce radio waves in the vicinity?
  3. Is the Bluetooth setting of your phone or tablet turned on?
  4. If you still can't connect after checking the above, try restarting both the sensor and the application.
